Senior Product Manager (Product Enablement)

Job Description:
ID TECH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Product Enablement and Developer Experience (DevX) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our developer-focused programs, including SDKs, Developer Portals, Sample and Demo Apps, and provisioning processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that developers have the tools, resources, and support they need to successfully integrate ID TECH’s products and technologies into their applications and solutions.

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ID TECH’s Product Enablement and Developer Experience (DevX) initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and sales teams to understand developer needs and prioritize features and enhancements that improve the developer experience.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of SDKs, APIs, and other developer tools, ensuring they are well-documented, easy to use, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Manage the Developer Portal, ensuring it provides comprehensive resources, documentation, tutorials, and support channels to assist developers throughout their integration journey.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of Sample and Demo Apps that showcase the capabilities of ID TECH’s products and technologies, enabling developers to quickly evaluate and prototype solutions.
  • Define and implement efficient provisioning processes to streamline access to development resources, licenses, and support services for developers.
  • Act as a champion for the developer community within ID TECH, advocating for their needs and priorities in product development discussions and decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and developer preferences to continuously improve ID TECH’s developer offerings.
  • Collaborate with external partners, third-party developers, and developer communities to foster collaboration and drive ecosystem growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, developer relations, or developer advocacy roles, with a focus on developer tools, SDKs, or platform products.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies, APIs, and developer ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing developer-focused products or initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate developer needs and market insights into actionable product plans.
  • Passion for developer experience (DevX) and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry and familiarity with payment processing technologies is a plus.
