WorldPay iQ Merchant Portal
iQ, from our payment processing partner, Worldpay, is a comprehensive, self-service portal and reporting tool designed for merchants to manage their business payment processing data and operations. IQ is available to you as part of your merchant account. It provides you with access to detailed insights into your transaction data, financial performance, and processing trends.
Here’s a breakdown of what Worldpay iQ offers:
- Payment Reporting and Analytics: Access a wide variety of financial data and reports for transactions processed through Worldpay, helping to make data-driven decisions. This includes reconciliation reports, activity and settlement reports, fee reports, and more.
- Transaction Monitoring and Management: View and act upon transactional information, track individual transactions, reconcile daily totals, and manage payment processing activities.
- Performance Insights: Worldpay iQ offers various dashboards, such as the Authorization Trends Dashboard, which provides data visualizations of transactional and financial information and key performance indicators.
- Chargeback Management: Monitor and manage chargeback cases through the Dispute Inbox, streamlining the process of resolving disputes.
- Accessibility: Accessible via both desktop and the iQ Now mobile app for Apple and Android devices, allowing businesses to monitor performance on the go.
- Enhanced Security: Features like multi-factor authentication help secure sensitive payment information.

General Payment Cards Acceptance Policies
- Identification Requests: Merchants may ask for cardholder ID, but cannot require it. Unsigned cards should be signed and verified with two IDs including one government-issued.
- Taxes: Include taxes in the transaction total. Do not collect separately in cash.
- Split Sales: Complete the transaction in one receipt. Do not split to bypass limits.
- Transaction Laundering: Only deposit your own business’s transactions.
- No Cash Refunds: Always issue credit reversals—no cash back for card purchases.
- Delivery Expectations: Deliver at point of sale unless otherwise arranged.
- No Transactions on Own Card: Do not process your own or accessible card.

SaferPayments – PCI Compliance Portal
To ensure the security of cardholder data and maintain compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ID TECH Merchant Services—powered by Worldpay—offers access to SaferPayments, an easy-to-use portal that helps you validate and maintain your PCI compliance.
What is SaferPayments?
SaferPayments is Worldpay’s secure portal where merchants:
- Complete their annual PCI DSS Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ)
- Run network vulnerability scans (if applicable)
- Track compliance status
- Access tools, training, and support
Getting Started with SaferPayments
After your merchant account is activated, you will receive an email from Worldpay with login instructions to the SaferPayments portal. Please refer to PCI User Guide.

Your Compliance Responsibilities
All merchants that accept card payments are required to:
- Complete the annual PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ)
- Remediate any vulnerabilities or risks identified
- Maintain security best practices year-round
- Failure to complete PCI validation may result in non-compliance fees.
